EstateZona is a global online platform for real estate listings, intended for individuals and companies who want to publish, search, or promote offers for the sale or rental of real estate.
4. Account creation and use
- To fully access services, users must create an account.
- During registration, users must provide real, accurate, and complete data.
- Users bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided. If false, stolen, or third-party data is used without consent, the user will be liable under applicable law.
- Creating multiple accounts in order to bypass restrictions, avoid fees, or mislead other users is prohibited.
5. User rights and obligations
- Users agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes.
- It is forbidden to post listings that:
- contain false, incomplete, or misleading information
- infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- contain defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or illegal materials
- advertise products or services unrelated to real estate
- Users are responsible for the security of their accounts and all actions performed through them.
6. EstateZona’s rights and obligations
- The platform has the right to suspend, modify, or remove any listing that violates these Terms and Conditions.
- The platform may suspend or close accounts of users who repeatedly or seriously violate the rules.
- EstateZona makes every effort to ensure proper operation but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- EstateZona is not liable for content published by users and does not guarantee the success of transactions.
7. Services and payments
- Posting listings may be free or paid, according to the information displayed on the site.
- For additional services (reposting, promotion, visibility packages, etc.), fees are clearly displayed on the platform.
- Payments can be made via bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other methods that will be added over time to facilitate global access.
- Funds added to the virtual wallet are non-refundable and can only be used for services available on the platform.
8. Limitation of liability
- EstateZona acts as an intermediary and does not participate in transactions between users.
- EstateZona does not verify every listing and does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legality of properties and services offered on the platform.
- Users understand that any transaction is carried out at their own risk.
- EstateZona shall not be liable for financial losses, direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or from interactions between users.
9. Privacy policy and data protection
- Personal data (name, phone, email, etc.) are collected and processed solely for the operation of the platform and communication between users.
- By using the platform, users confirm that they voluntarily provide real and accurate data and that they are fully responsible for the use of false, stolen, or third-party data.
